Something about us from a little bit of different perspective


Mr. Ochidi rendered meritorious service to Nasco Group of Companies, Jos for 25 years and later joined INTER-Gender Development Centre Jos, Yakubu Gowon Centre for National Unity and International Co-operation, Abuja, where he served for about 4 years and then Samuel Bill International Academy, Abuja for three and half years. He excelled in different management positions in these organizations. He worked as Senior Manpower Training & Development Manager, Admin/Human Resources Manager, Commercial Manager, Import/Export Manager, Marketing Administration Manager, Procurement and Logistics Manager and Director, Samuel Bill International Academy, Abuja.

His functions in these organizations included Procurement, Logistics and Stores Management. Building and managing an effective Human Resource base that is administratively and technically adequate for these organizations. Co-ordinated administrative activities and ensured service delivery to achieve the goals of the organization. Mr. Ochidi was the Group Training Manager of Nasco Group of Companies, generating and training a pool of skilled manpower needed to meet the requirements of Nasco Group operations in Nigeria. He handled International business and represented the Companies at International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions. He was deeply involved in Import and Export activities and contributed to Nasco Marketing Administration, Market research and products exportation to Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire, Senegal and Morocco. His contributions earned him commendations from the Organization.

He is currently the Managing Consultant, Mona First Choice Consults Ltd handling Management Consultancy Services, Organization Development and Capacity building, Staff Training and Development as well as providing Management/Marketing services. Mr. Ochidi graduated from I.C.S London, University of Jos and Abubakar Tafawa Belewa University (ATBU), Bauchi. He has a Master Degree of Business Administration, Postgraduate Diploma in Management, HND in Office Management and Diploma in Public Administration.

He has attended various Management courses with approved reputable Training Institutions including Centre for Management Development (CMD), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Financial Institution Training Centre, Lagos Business School, Industrial Training Centre (ITF), and other recognized and approved Training Institutions both within and outside the country.

. Mr. Ochidi is one of the Training and Development Faculties of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Abuja Graduate School and Industrial Training Fund. As Managing Consultant of Mona First Choice Consults, he has conducted several Management and Supervisory trainings for both Public and Private sector Organizations. His wealth of experience and areas of specialization are in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Imports/Export/Stores Management and General Office Administration.

Mr. Linus Ochidi is an Accredited Management Trainer and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management, Affiliate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Member Institute of Professional Managers London.

He is married to Mrs. Martha Ochidi and blessed with five children.
